The reason diets die
Everyone's ordering wings. There's a chocolate shake on the table. "Clean eating" has no answer for that moment — so you either sit it out or you blow it up. Neither one is a plan.
This book is the third option: the same crunch, the same sauce, the same reason you wanted it. Different math.
How it works
Four things make the difference between a cookbook you use and one you scroll past once.

Totals for the whole dish and a per-serving breakdown. Cook it, log it in thirty seconds, get on with your night.

Chicken, Greek yogurt, tortillas, corn flakes, protein powder. US measures first, grams in parentheses.

Both methods with their own times and temperatures — plus the one detail that decides crispy versus sad.

Two meal plans built from these recipes — a ~1,400-calorie set of days and a ~2,000-calorie set.

No. The numbers are printed so they're there when you want them. Plenty of people just cook from it because the food is good, and the macros quietly keep the day in a sane place.
Yes — the whole book was written for American supermarkets. Chicken, lean beef, shrimp, Greek yogurt, tortillas, corn flakes, protein powder, whole wheat pasta. Nothing specialty, nothing you have to order online.
No. Where a recipe is better in the air fryer, both methods are given with their own times and temperatures. An oven and a nonstick skillet cover the entire book.
That's half the point. High protein per calorie works in both directions — you either eat the volume version or add the rice, the sauce and the second doughnut. Both meal plans are in the book for exactly that reason.
The book is general information, not medical or nutrition advice, and it isn't written for any particular medical condition. If you have one, are pregnant or nursing, or are on medication, talk to your doctor or a registered dietitian first. Recipes contain common allergens — read labels.
